we are committed to delivering high-quality Urdu online classes to all our learners. We aim for 100% satisfaction, but we understand there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled when users make payments for our online Urdu courses.
When you make a payment on our platform, you are purchasing access to a specific Urdu language course or learning package. Upon successful payment, your account is granted immediate access to course materials, live classes, or recorded sessions, depending on your plan.
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
You did not attend any live classes after enrolling.
You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
You face a technical issue from our side that prevents access to course content.
The course or service delivered is materially different from what was advertised.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You attended or downloaded class content.
Your internet or device is incompatible with our platform.
You changed your mind after accessing the course.
You fail to attend live classes due to personal scheduling issues.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us with your full name, registered email, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund.
Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of payment.
We will respond to your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card payments: 5–7 business days
UPI or Net Banking: 3–5 business days
PayPal/Stripe/Razorpay: Per their processing time
We will notify you via email once the refund is successfully processed.
You may cancel your enrollment at any time, but refunds will only be processed if your request meets the eligibility criteria above. Canceling does not guarantee a refund unless it follows this policy.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to:

Transfer your enrollment to another Urdu course

Postpone your start date to a future batch
